Who ever thought this tiny Spanish revival redevelopment project could loom so grand? From start to finish, we took special care to maintain the original flavor of the home while adding in all the amenities this small space could handle. We even tucked in a unique bath/shower and a stackable washer dryer. Notice the fun use of blue tile in contrast with warm tones and contemporary fixtures. The fireplace was a definite keep! We reimagined it and gave it a face lift! San Diego, this home looks good on you!
